[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — vas activation without consent and denial for complaint registration by customer care executive

Some subscription to VAS my fab zone was activated on my phone without consent. When talked to customer care executive they denied to refund Rs 5 and Rs 35. As well as denied to register a complaint.
The customer care executive was very rude and didn't listen at all about. I called the customer care immediately after deduction in balance and asked for refund as i didn't use any service.
