[Resolved] Idea Cellular — vas [dingo] without consent

From last 2 months, i was charged ₹150 for value added service [vas] - dingo. I don't remember signing or subscribing to this service. This is a clear case of forgery. When i message stop to 155223 to stop the service, the response was vague and confusing. It did not mention in any way that service has been stopped and asked me to message 1, 2, 3 etc on the same number which eventually turned out to be a wrong keyword. Am too facing the same problem, but I got unsubscribed from the package.. and most important thing is they aren't returning or money!! Cheers!!
