[Resolved] Idea Cellular — very poor idea internet as well as customer care executive | |||
My idea no is [protected]. I am in roaming now in up west. I am facing very bad service from idea that is how a company wants to retain its customers. I am unable to use internet at my area. I got 20-40 kbps speed in 3g network sometime even 4-5 kbps. Idea customer care executive misbhave with me, specially with whom i talked around 12 pm on 7 september 2017 I am complaining from more than a week that speed is very poor. I had also mailed on up and delhi circle complaint mail id but i did not receive any feed back 198 complaint care is not resloving my problem Is there any appellete for these matters. Shameful for a big company . Summing up I did not get any good speed on 3g Behaviour of customer care staffs is disrespectful I had tried to make complaint about 10 times but no resolutions.
