The situation is like... My bank account is linked to my idea number...
Since that was my first sim..
Once i got jio, just like everyone else, i don't use any other sim any more... Very rarely would i need to use it..
In such a situation, i got a message a while back saying that your sim will be deactivated if you don't recharge every month...
How is this fair...
I was due to recharge this month by 28th.. And since i was low on money i was hoping i'd be able to delay it a bit further and recharge in the first week of april...
Guess what... My sim got deactivated today after just two days...
How the hell is this fair to a consumer... And since all of my accounts are linked to that stupid number... I can't even get otp...
I had called up the stupid customer care... And their response was just the standard one.."worry sir, we can't do anything"... Sent a request for porting to jio... No response for that either...
Even after recharge my friends are unable to reach me in that number and it keeps saying "voice services deactivated by the carrier" or something...
What am i supposed to do now.???
Is this the way you treat customers... By threatening them???
I feel these kind of companies need to taken to the court for not realizing the implications of their actions...
The worst part of all this is that... There is no easy way to reach their damn customer care
