Wrong blilling charges and unethical charges and idea don't believe in any waiver to the customer and I have recorded every communication had with customers care and have been customer of idea since last 2 years and paid almost 60 k and now for the waiver of 2000 for incorrect bill they are not doing it I find it unethical like never before so idea is bound to give me justification on this orelse I would have to approach consumer court.
