Idea Cellular — We can not recharge idea roaming plan for [protected]

Dear Sir/Mam, Since 30th Nov2014, I have try to recharge your roaming plan of Rs.26 and 22 but till now not recharge.I have discussed with customer care team more 50 times and write a email but got assurance only nothing to happen in this case.I am highly disappointed and agitated with Idea service.I think Idea people don't know the problem and solution also.
