In 5 to 10 Jan 2017, I converted my postpaid (Two no, [protected] & [protected]) to prepaid. At 6th Jan 2017, I paid my bill which is 808.46 (Ref No[protected]. As it is registered for the smart play that's why again on 12/01/2017 paid 808.46.
Now my both card converted into the prepaid. I call Idea customer care but they weren't responding me in the correct way. I visit Idea gallery also but they also told me to go to the main branch.

They are always trying to do wrong balance deduction. I tried to call them but after few minutes phone call automatically drop.
