Idea Cellular — With out refund amount suspended account | |||
Useless service idea broadband, actually i shifted from my old address and raised the request to change connection. No one respond since 10 days i dint use net even single day they generated bill 910 and asked shifting connection 275. I blindly paid total amount. One guy came to my new address and checked whether feasability is or not, he said that there is feasibility our team will conatct you for giving connection. By wonderly no one csalled me until i caled to them atlost they said sorry sir we cant give connection over there. I know here full signal strenghth is there. I really fraustrated with this serviuce andasked them to close my connection at that time they said i will get refund installation charge but they dint refund and with out informing me they suspended my acvcount. 300 is some what big money for me. You guys are very smart, if I wont pay bill you guys will send legal notice to me right, now the same thing I will do . I wont care how much it takes to send legal notice to idea broadband but I need justice . For your kind information I am sending all details about my refund.
