This is sapna. I requested to port my number [protected] from airtel to idea with order id o1-[protected]. The person picked the document and rs.150/- on 4th and the field executive gave me the number of mr. Akash ([protected]). He don't have manners to talk to the customer. He was abusing me over the call and disconnected the call. And after that he blocked my number as well.
Is this the customer service you guys are providing??
He don't even know how to talk to a girl. I want you people to take a strict action against him otherwise i will file a complaint to the consumer forum. I am a customer and i know about my rights very well.
I'm feeling like took a very wrong decision to port in to idea. Now please cancel my request for port in and refund my money any documents.
