I am facing issue with my idea postpaid number [protected] from saturday 17 march 2018.
On saturday morning, my outgoing and data services were stopped by idea. I called the customer care number they said my previous operator bill is pending and asked me to pay the bill and the services will get resume.
I paid the bill and submitted the payment receipt to the idea store in vishal nagar, pune. They confirmed that the service will get activated within 24 hours.
I waited till sunday afternoon but got no resolution. I called the customer care again and they said to wait.
On monday morning all services were blocked (Including incoming). The number was was official number and i was facing a lot of issues after this.
When i called/mailed the customer care they said to submit the receipt again.
I visited the same idea store again on monday morning they said they have forwarded my concern and the issue will surely get resolved in next 4 hours.
I waited for 4 hours and visited the store but it was not resolved and they repeated the same thing again.
In the evening i visited the store again he asked to to go to the main idea store (In pimple saudaugar) and said they will surely solve this issue but nothing happened they also asked me to wait.
Its's tuesday noon and still my issue is not resolved.
I am facing lot of issues due to this. At the end i would just like to say that idea provides the worst customer care service and i would like to switch my operator after this kind of behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
