[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Worst cutomer care service ever in telecom industry | |||
I am using idea cellular, since 2 years.in this tenure i tried to reaching customer care for language setting .no body could help me for the same.instead giving solutions .everyone was telling call 12345. when i made a call on the above number.there was same reply please call [protected]. in this process my day is gone and I lost my Temper in other way, which has effected my whole day. I personally recommend no to go with idea in karnataka circle atleast.There is low level of behaviour and low quality training given to the executives. worst...worst..worst ..idea please ullu mat banao !
