Subject : wrong activation of vas @ rs 105 for 21 days on 7.10.2017

Dear customer care / support team,
1. I may submit that i am a senior citizen aged 70 years.
2. On 7th oct i was informed that on one vas – ‘dhinchika’ has been activated on my phone number ; 99218.27516 as per sms received from “54300” at 18:17 without any input given by myself.
3. I initiated an instant action to get this vas stopped through 155223 & 198.
4. I could talk to one customer care officer named mr deepak at 19;23 hrs on 7th oct itself and explained everything. My concern regarding inadvertent activation of vas and “refund of rs 105” to my account could not be resolved at that time because “your server was down”.
5. I could not approach yesterday on 8th oct because i had to rush to mumbai due to the death of one relative. Today i have been trying to contact a “customer care officer thru 198” but sadly no one is available.
6. In view of the above you are requested to please look into the matters at and arrange to credit the amount of rs 105. To my account. Any inconvenience thus caused to you is sincerely regretted. I shall be obliged for the above.
