Without my acknowledge rs.35 bal deducted from my main balance while i call "198" consult with your adviser he not able to give proper response and discounted call???. This was very unacceptable behavior pls immporve it and refund my bal whichever deducted my account. Also pls activate full on "dnd" service in my number. Otherwise i will port my number other services provider.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
As details checked and found, the said balance was deducted for subscription of Movies Masti service which was activated through Internet. To deactivate Vas services on your number request you to dial 155223. Also to start DND on your number send an SMS "START 0" to 1909, you can also call on 1909 to activate DND on your number.
