Stop fooling people and boasting that Idea Internet Network you can study anything, a fraud company who has not been able to resolve a 7 year old customer issue despite of they agreeing it that it is their fault, In fact the latest joke was when you guys called me and said i have not even lodged a formal complaint with you all, please check my conversation and look for the reference number ...c1-[protected]

I had same issue with my Idea service. I consistently escalated the issue to appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and customer care. I asked them to provide me the screen shots of the third party link or web page that activates the VAS to prove how the VAS service gets activated on my device and show how customer consent was taken before applying charges to my account. They did not have anything to prove that as this was un-lawful so they had to reverse the charges. Please copy ap<[protected]@trai.gov.in email Id as well while communicating with Appellate and customer service over email.
