Hi,
I had changed my idea mobile plan to Easy Share 999 in October-2013. This plan has Rs.999/- rental & 5GB of free 3G data usage. From october-2013 to march-2014 i was getting wrongly charged. Every month i had to raise a complaint. Finally, the issue was resolved.
But to my SHOCK, today (23rd july) new bill was generated for the amount Rs. 7929.85/- and all my services were stopped. When i called the customer care number they plainly refused to take any complaint and blatantly disconneted my call. Not even a single customer rep understands this Plan and they are not ready to listen to the customer. Finally, after making atleast 4 calls to customer care, my complaint(IdC1-[protected]) was taken. But my services were not started and i was asked to pay the complete amount or wait till 30July without any services.
Again, i had to talk to another 2 customer care reps my services were activated for only 24hours.
Please can i understand WHAT IS MY FAULT? How can i file a complaint against each of the representative i talked to ?
The response to this email will decide if i will continue to be Idea Customer.
