Dear Sir,
Idea Cellular is harassing me from last two moths i got fed up with them .My bad luck is that i cant port my mobile number before 90 Days.
My number is [protected] on the name of Akash Kumar . Recently on 17 dec 2016 i received my first bill from Idea . I checked and found there are some wrong charges occurred to my account and i put up a complaint about that on the same day and asked about reversal of the same.
Now today i am receiving a call regarding that complaint and the person over the phone told me your complaint has been resolve but we can not reverse the charges .
I just can`t understand that to say me this company taken three days and where was the resolution i hardly found.
Untrained Staff and not very helpful at all for everything they will book back call for you and back call will receive after 24-48 Hours.
By all this i just feel looted and feel very upset with my decision to port my number in idea.
Now from last more than three days i am trying to change my bill but customer care unable to help me in this and told me to activate through the idea app. I tried more than 8 time but every time failed .
I Just can`t understand why this pathetic company advertise so many big things and show in their that they have best services and support.
Further i enclosed herewith email copies of correspondence with them for your reference.
