[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong pack activation and stupid customer care executives

Hi,

My idea mobile number [protected].

I recharged with 175 for 1GB 3G data. As it was showing in My idea app. After recharged i did not received my benefits. So i called customer care. The customer care executives lied that data has been benefited but that was not the case.

I want refund of that amount. As i have not received any data benefit as it was mentioned in My Idea App.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.We would like to inform you, that the complaint has been raised for your recharge concern and the same has been informed to you that the given recharge of Rs.175/- is successful on your number dated 26th April 2018 and as per revised benefits you are eligible for unlimited local +STD calling and 100/per day SMS for 25 days as per the actual benefits. However, as the mentioned offer isn't reflecting in your account we request you to provide us the screenshot of the offer you've received along with the screenshot of the data benefit reflecting in your account for further assistance.
