[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — wrongful balance deduction by vas activation without consumer consent

My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 13/12/2018 at 7:14pm, an amount of rs. 8 was deducted from my idea balance for an unknown vas activation. I hadnt requested that vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
As per trai guidelines mobile companies are not allowed to deduct any balance for vas activation without consumer consent. I want refund of rs. 8 asap.
