[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrongfully charged

I recieved message from 51998 on 26th November that I have been charged rs3. I didn't subscribed to anything. I haven't even used mobile data and still they charged. I talked to their customer care number when this happened earlier and told them to stop charging me and turn of any kind of service other than calls and messages but I guess they are just hell bent on lossing their customers. Verified Support Nov 30, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for WAP service for the given number. Hence, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198. Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:- - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit - Click on Idea Flash option - Tap on Activation - Click on Deactivate Regards, Lakshmi
