[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — wrongly rejected port out rcom to idea gujarat circle

Hello sir/madum,

Now i am reliance (Rcom) postpaid customer and wish to port in idea postpaid and i applied 3 times and 3 times i get rejected for following reason.

Dear customer, request for port in via o1-[protected] has been rejected due to "the subscriber number already exists in the system". Kindly contact nearest my idea

I want to know the reason why idea reject my port in request. All bills and dues already paid of idea and reliance (Rcom) then what is the reason
