[Resolved]  Idea — Change sim from postpaid to prepaid

Address:Medak, Andhra Pradesh

I kotla Anu Radha from Narsapur wanted to change my postpaid sim to prepaid sim . I consulted a nearby idea showroom in pallakol . Their response is not up to the mark and now the sim is not working either as postpaid or prepaid . It is an emergency case please get the sim activated as prepaid as soon as possible
