Commtied services not provided & cherged heavily with finance cherges even if the escalation was done to appelate of idea
On new connection the 4g speed at desired address was commted by idea however 4g services were not available on that location and when escalated using phone to customer care the response was given 2 weeks after saying that the technical problem is under process for resolution.
After 4 weeks idea declared that at desired location concerned to complaint 4g services are not availeble and will be provided soon.
On this background the escaltion on higher leve; was done to appelate of idea and appelate team took on emorw week to understand the problem during this the monthly bill was charged to consumer for services not offered & after all natwar from appelate team on 5th week agreed that the idea has caused inconvinience and felt sorry it was informed to him and agreed by him that consumer is not liable for any payment for services not offered by idea and initiate discontinuation of connection still after 8 weeks the idea customer care is following up and sending nusence creating messages to pay the charges double the monthly charges adding finance charges for late payment.
This is fooling/cheating of customer/consumer and should be treated as fraud by idea Was this information helpful? |
