[Resolved] Idea Communication — to get back fund

Dear sir/madam,

I have rechrged for data plan of rs. 449 five times on mobile number [protected] on 21/12/2017 by mistake because mobile network was not working properly on that day. And i have callad to get my fund back which i paid by mistaake. Company denies it to refund.
I hope you kindly try to make process for that.

We regret for the trouble caused. We are sorry to inform you that reversal for such recharge wont be possible. Kindly ignore recharging twice for same benefit as gets lapsed.
