Hi

I am rohit singh, i am one of your postpaid customers.
I took a postpaid connection on 20th feb 2016.My no. Is [protected].I
Got bill on 17th of march by mail with
Due date for bill payment on 1st of april, but on 18th march only they
Barred my outgoing calls.

I contacted the gallery from where i bought the connection, but i got
Very unprofessional treatment from your
Executive. I am enclosing that sales executive number here([protected]).

Rather than giving information they are asking me to come to the
Gallery.They literally cut my phone four times
Without giving me any positive response, not only this they are not
Picking my calls at all.
Whenever it comes to their requirement to sale they literally
Irritated me by calling so many times to buy your
Services which i rejected many times, at last after being irritated
So many times i agreed to take your services,
They sent their executive to my doors then.Now when it comes to
Provide service they are not attending my call also.
I want a strict action to be taken against them.
That's very cheap behavior i got form one of the biggest service
Provider in india(Idea).

Later i called on 198 customer care from where i got to know the
Reason for barring my outgoing is that my credit limit is 300
And i crossed that limit so they barred my outgoing...I mean are u
Serious, , is this any kind of joke...
If after 300 my calls will be barred then wat's the use of taking
Postpaid connection ...My question is that who decides my
Credit limit ...
When i got connection no one told me of this ...Why? Why?
Why are your executives not giving right and proper information of all
Pros and cons regarding connection.
Are they making us fool... Or they get pleasure in troubling customers???

After lots of arguments they agreed to reconnect my outgoing for
Another 24 hours at 11:00pm of 18th march, till this i was almost
Satisfied ..
I thought ...Let it go...It happens sometimes, but what you did next
Is not acceptable to me at all.
You barred my calls the very next morning, without any prior notice and
Breaching your words of providing service for another 24 hours ...
You are not even giving me time to pay at least...What nonsense is
This ?Are you playing games with me. I want to know if you had to
Barred my
Calls then why you activated it...Do you have any moral values or at
Least capacity to keep your words.Is this your service you bet?

Today, on 19th of march, i had to attend an interview for job, which i
Lost due to your services, i was unable to contact the concerned
Person for the same .
I lost a chance of getting job.Now tell me who is responsible for this, are you going to pay me or either are you capable of bearing my
Loss.

If this is your service then please send your executive to my address
And take your bill along with your connection.I have 3 idea
Connections

[protected](Postpaid).
[protected](Prepaid).

I don't require your services anymore please come and take all your
Connections with you as soon as possible.I don't need it.
And also i am not going to pay bill by going gallery.Send your
Executive to collect it.And if it comes to taking strict action
Against your services
I ensure you i will not bring my foot back...I will do whatever i can do ...

So please kindly collect all your sim from my address.

That's the worst experience i got from your services...Truly it's
Very unprofessional treatment i ever got form any of the telecom
Service providers!!!
