Idea — Dongle not working

Hi, This is regarding the Idea Dongle which I purchased on "20th Oct 2014". 1. It has been working since the but for the last 1 month it is not even opening the home of Idea. 2. Hence I checked with Idea service center. They verified the SIM card is active and function by inserting the SIM in mobile and see if it is showing signals or not. And the same was showing. 3. So they have told me to connect with ZTE service center as this dongle has hardware of ZTE. Issue: I am unable to find a store where I can repair this dongle. This is very frustrating there as there are no service centers in Gurgaon and no one replies properly on the customer care numbers: [protected] and [protected]. Please have a look into this.
