I had a net plan of Rs103 which was ending on 16 th of sept 2015 and i also had wifi connection.
i came home at 21:00 and made a call and got the balance deduction and final amount in my account was Rs 59.i slept off and did not use any internet and in the morning i called idea and asked about the deduction, they told that i browsed internet from 00:41 to 5:03 am in the morning continuously but that was not true.i asked them to mail me the usage they denied and was not giving any resolution.
