Idea & HDFC Bank — Wrong bills got generated by IDEA to which HDFC paid without my consent

In the month of April'2014, date was 19th when i while browsing IDEA website in order to have a 3G plan i clicked one plan to get the information but shocking that plan got activated. Immediately i called IDEA phone care executives and asked for what that plan was and also requested to de-activate it immediatly. They refused saying plan will get on charge after mid-night and de-activation request can only be taken once its active. Fair enough i again called next morning, which was sunday and care executive told me its not possible to de-activate the plan over the call you only have to visit a IDEA showroom, i debated as to why this procedure, then why you have accepted the online request. Atleast give me the option to do this change online, but he was rigid and asked me to visit the showroom for any change. After several phone calls, email (copies still preserved with me), finally when i requested them to disconnect my no. as i m not satisfied with your services. I recived a call from their Noida office saying that whatever plan you want shall be activated thus take back the disconnecting request. So like this after almost 10 days they changed my plan, around on 29 April. During that time i also opted for 3G plan, but horounable court that time IDEA was not having 3G in DelhiNCR, they made me fool by charging 3G and giving the 2G speed. IDEA got 3G only on 04/05-May but since 29th April i was like fool talking to thier care executive thinking off my phone settings are not supporting 3G speed, but i came to know later that IDEA does'nt have the 3G but mistakenly provided me the 3G plan. After this incident i decided not to have any trouble and put my papers to VODAFONE for porting my no. on 04-May itself. From 13-May i got Vodafone services. And on 16-MAy i got IDEA bill for the period of 15-April till 14-April wherein they charged every unreasonable amount like i am having a black money to pay off them. When i was fighting with IDEA for the wrong bill, i don't know how HDFC paid the bill on 23-May saying SMART PAY facility is activated. But sir this particular facility was deliberately closed by me on 22-April to which i got the confirmation SMS from HDFC on 23-May (still with me, preserved). So due to HDFC my fight with IDEA comes to an end, it has to be right because i was having no reason to fight then, payment was already reached to them. But it date i have not paid this amount to HDFC, i have taken up the matter it there Grievance Cell but seems like no sensible person holding that position as repeatedly i am getting similar type drafted answers, sometimes totally out of the scope of questions. They are truelly neglecting there sms confirmation dated 23-May and just saying it was activated on my request, to which i never deny that but i had made the cancellation request too, which was accepted by HDFC and sms was posted to me confirming the same. Then how come a transaction could be made after that date, i am fail to understand this.. and they are also fail to answer that. That's why it complaint to this honorable court, your intervention is required here to sort out this which is between IDEA, HDFC and the undersigned. Dear Court, i also want to mention here one serious error my IDEA... they have raised the bill on me for the period of 15-May till 14-June...but since 13-May i am using VODAFONE... this particular complaint was also discussed with IDEA to which also they are not sorry and asking me to pay... unethical you see.. complaint already posted to their appellate authority and the response still awaited.
