Company has provided me 1 gb 4g data for converting my sim to 4g, *125*9# is the data check no. for 4g only, it is showing 1 gb data, but when i tried using it gave me 2g speed, i called the customer care 2 times, first time they said its a setting problem, i checked all settings, it was all ok, second time they said i have used all data, i have moto g 3, its a 4g handset, i had 4g network in bilaspur (chhattisgarh), and if i am unable to get 4g speed how i can i used 4g data, and if have used all data why is it still showing 1gb data left, i also made contact with idea office, they said to fix the network in auto mode, and wait for 1 day it will start 4g, my 4g data last date is 03/04/2016 and and i have converted my sim to 4g on 30/03/2016, and todays date is 02/04/2016, how much days i have to wait to start 4g, i have data but i am not able to use it, the second time customer care representative Mr. Ajay didn't check anything and said i had used all data, he also freely told me that if i want to go to any consumer court forum i can go, this type of self confidence they have in themself,
