[Resolved]  Idea — Misbehaved by Idea People

Dear Sir/Madam, I was using a postpaid number from Idea [protected] from around 6 months and I have always paid bills on time. Unfortunately my phone stopped work due to some reason and I forgot to pay the bills for May month. On 2nd week of June month my number got disconnected without any prior information. I got message for bill payment and tried to pay the bill online but unfortunately forgot my online account password. I tried to reset the password but was not able to do that because password is sent on the mobile number and it was disconnected. I agree that I failed to pay the bill on time due to my illness also. On 19th June a female representative from Idea (with number [protected]) called all my in-laws, relatives & friends and talked in very rough language and also used abusive words about me. It’s not understandable to me why this has happened and how can Idea people talk like this and ruin my image in front of my relatives. I am planning to take legal action against this because this is not acceptable and it has happened even after I was ready to make the payment. I am also going to shut this connection.
