[Resolved] Idea — Money deduction

Idea has activated dialer tone and caller tune on my mobile phone automatically and charged me accordingly (125 + 125). Also I had recharged 150 which never got added to my account. I want my money back which they are not ready to give. I spoke to their representative Chetan and Jagdish at 198 but they denied paying back my money. I want my 400 rupees back.
