Idea Money — Fake transaction on my debit card for Rs 5000

Today morning my dad got a fake call from number ([protected]) and he told calling from Bank head office, then asked card debit card details such as card number, CVV and OTP.

My dad thought it was bank so he gave all the details and OTP received for the transaction, after a few 5000 debited from his account. They have misused his debit card and purchased for 5000.

After I checked with Bank(indusind) and they told for the transaction number amount of 5000 has been used in Idea Money.

Please revert the transaction and refund my money if possible, I am awaiting a call from your end.
