[Resolved] Idea Money — refund not received

I had lodged a complaint i. E. Sr no 1091094, with idea money on account of a fraud transaction that was done using my debit card. Idea money notified me over email stating that the money has been moved out of idea money wallet and is now with law and enforcement. Its been 2 weeks, i dont have any update on the same. Customer care people are not giving respect to the customers the way they talk is soo rude and just because of them I changed my sim from idea to airtel
