[Resolved]  Idea — Overcharged Bill on Barred Services

GUYS,

SHAME ON YOU GUYS, YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO HAVE BEEN USING YOUR SERVICES FOR LAST 7 YEARS. This is the Bill that I've received on 3rd, August, I have been telling you guys for last two months that I need to change my bill plan, there was guy picked my phone and said "You are required to Call on 3rd of May to change this plan", I repeatedly said that I could not contact you guys on 3rd of May because on every 2nd, of month, I've billing date. But he refused to make any changes. Then, I contacted on 3rd May, asked to lady to change my Bill Plan then I was shocked by their words "You were needed to contact us on the 2nd of May", I don't know what guys you are doing. Then, she told me to wait for next billing cycle(June 2nd), they will check me recording and change it.


Then, I waited for long one month, on 2nd june I received Extra bill which I should not been charged then contacted over customer care and
I explained these numerous time over customer care but they refused to do anything. I was frustrated, bill was wrongly charged, it was happened in past also. Then, they have barred my all the "Incoming", "Outgoing", "Internet", I could not make even call to stop my Bill plan on 2nd of July. I was not using any services, then they have sent me Bill of Rs 4500. I could not believe this is happening with me since I took Idea Service. What should be done in this case, so that I can pay my due bill and stop this nonsense services:-

1.Remove all the charges which was made for the "June", "July" month

2. Deactivate my Internet plan which is I'm not using for last 2 months

3. Don't ever make false promise and give false information over phone.

4. You guys don't have manner how to talk to your customers, if you are asking to pay the bill, there was man who was souting and drop that call, I could not believe how pathetic your customer service is.

Today, again its 2nd Of September, 2016, I requested you guys over phone to Cancel my 3G Services which is activated on my account but they denied and by saying that you are required to contact through the same number ([protected]) WHERE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THIS SERVICE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS HOW IT COULD BE POSSIBLE TO CONTACT WITH THAT NUMBER WHICH HAS BEEN BARRED FOR LAST TWO MONTHS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN TO CONTACT FROM THAT NUMBER WHERE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THAT SERVICE. I COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALL AS YOU HAVE OVERCHARGED MY BILLS, I'VE ALREADY COMPLAINED MANY TIMES.

IT'S HAPPENING FOR LAST 5 MONTHS, WHEN I CALL TO DEACTIVATE MY SERVICES, YOU GUYS ASKED TO CONTACT 1ST THEN SOMEONE SAYS CONTACT ON EVERY 2ND OF MONTH. WHEN I CONTACTED AGAIN YESTERDAY AND TODAY, THEY ARE SAYING SAME THING AGAIN & AGAIN.

I WANT TO DEACTIVATE MY 3G SERVICES (RS 599 PLAN) THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST WARNING, IF YOU WOULD HAVE CHARGED AGAIN EVEN I DIDN'T USE, I COULD NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT AS YOU GUYS ARE TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP CUSTOMER.

IF- IAM NOT USING 3G SERVICES ON MY BARRED ACCOUNT, WHY THIS HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR LAST 3 MONTHS. PLEASE DEACTIVATE IT AT THE GIVEN NUMBER: [protected]

My no is [protected], every 28 of the month my bill generate but this time it's showing 374 extra charges for 4 premium SMS charge, but I have not use any this kind of service. I am requesting to Idea company kindly waiver this charges.
Its been 5 Days, I didn't receive any Email or phone calls on my Number. You guys have permanently Barred my number, I could not use this anymore. When I try to insert that sim into my mobile, it is showing "Out of Service". I was only using that number. Email me at my registered Email address:- [protected]@gmail.com.
I could not believe this is the service you provide to IDEA customers, without any action on my filed petition, you sent me Generic response in my Email. Without knowing that what is the cause of this issue! SHAME ON YOU, THIS IS THE WAY YOU BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS ON PHONE, EMAIL, AT YOUR CENTERS!! I'VE ATTACHED HERE THE SCREENSHOT WHAT REPLY YOU HAVE GIVEN IN MY EMAIL AFTER SENDING YOU MANY EMAIL WITH MY ISSUE!!!
