Idea Packers and Movers — abusive language

Hello, I have registered a complaint on 5th april. I received a bill reminder call from one of your executive Rohit. I received a bill reminder call from your executive who was using abusive language. Earlier also I have complained against that particular executive . How is that possible that every time I receive a bill reminder call from the same executive. Next is that even after complaining more than twice, no action has been taken. Instead the same guy calls me again today and again spoke to me in much more abusive and vulgar manner. I dnt understand, what is this way of treating customers and that too ladies. Either tell him to stop calling me or I will go to the police and consumer forum and complaint against idea and it’s executives for Harrasing a female. You might be having a recording, check and confirm from your recorded calls. Waiting for an early and positive response. was using abusive language. Earlier also I have complained against that particular executive...Plz take an action against him as soon as possible.
