Idea — plan activated but data is not being provided | |||
My billing plan was changed from 199 to 349 by idea customer care executive on 17th of aug 2017. I had been informed that i would be provided 1 gb data per day and except it 5 gb cumulative data per month (Can be used after finishing 1gb per cap) but per day data i. E. 1gb per month is not being provided to me. My idea apps also showing that data which is being used is deducting from 5 gb not from 1gb per day. Today i am continuously using youtube and gaana app through net but data is used from 5 gb not from 1 gb per day. Misleading info is being provided by idea customer care executive and they are unable to explain the reality as i had a talk with the executive today on call. Was this information helpful? | |||
