[Resolved]  Idea — Postpaid bill

I have migrated the service provider from Bsnl to idea 4 months before

And after three months completed I have requested idea to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid

I have visited somany times Ramamurthy Nagar idea store to request change they are not willing or solve

I am fed up with there service and my idea postpaid number is [protected]

Now I am getting out standing payment is Rs 676

I don't want to continue their seiver better is Bsnl only I will go back to the same

Any clarification [protected] or [protected]

Idea is one of the fake and cheating company as I used this service for almost four montn

Do not believe there fake adds
