[Resolved]  IDEA Postpaid — Complaint for idea team or customer care team for talk abusing and forcing repayment of bill

Dear IDEA,

I have used [protected] idea no. At my location there have IDEA poor network.
So I closed this no after two or three months ago.
I went Sirsa Idea communication centre and request to close this no.
I had also payed last bill, it was around 250 something.
But Sirsa Idea communication team had not given any bill receipt, they told me that you have payed your bill and no need any receipt because your no will have going to closed.

After some days or 1.5 month later your Idea care people called my given reference no (My elders brother), they was saying my Idea no bill going on due.
I told them he have already paid my last bill, but they was saying no your no Bill is due. He said that I have closed my idea no with paid last bill.

After some idea care team call at my reference no back regarding my idea no bill is due.
But my answer was Same, I have closed my no with last payed bill.

Few days ago idea team called me asking same uppers question and my answer was same.

Nobody understand what am saying and why am saying that, because I have already paid last bill and I have requested to closed my IDEA no.

Today again your Idea team or someone else have called at my reference no from this no([protected] ).

This [protected] no guy spoke me abusing word and speak high volume voice.
Again he was also same saying my Idea no bill is due.
He brother told them we have already paid my last bill, but they was saying abusing word and with high volume of voice, why your idea no Bill is due.

My told him don't speak with abused word and high volume of voice otherwise he will complained you. He said don't care and start abusing.

He said that I have closed my idea no with paid last bill. But nobody heard my voice and my request.

He also ignored my word.

Is this IDEA Service and corporating with customer, those IDEA are showing on Tv and social network.

Sir am so much frustrated with the IDEA quality of service and corporate with customer.

The Customer service Act says that you are not authorized to saying abusing word, speak high volume of voice and forcing to repaying double bill.

I am expecting positive response at the earliest from IDEA higher management regarding all above mentioned issues.
