[Resolved] Idea — Sim activation

Dear sir, I am Manoj using idea postpaid sim. Recently I got one cug sim attached wit my num([protected]). The activation process fr that was very slow. After I contacted Cus.Care they said, u r bachelor u need to deposit extra Rs.300 fr activation. I am done that also since 4 days gone there is no action...What can I do?
