I am using a idea sim of the following number, [protected]. Since 15 days network is fully gone and i tried fixing the problem by re-inserting the sim. As that idea dint work, i called up idea customer care. They instructed me to re-insert the sim and choose network operator as idea. I followed their instruction but was useless. After some days i again called customer care and this time they advised me to re-insert the sim and call to 321 from the same number. Even this time it dint work. Now please solve my sim issue soon as possible. I rarely get network for some time while i only get incoming calls and messages, but they are not outgoing. Please fix my sim problem.
