Please provide as much information as possible... My name is Ravi Shankar Chaudhary and My Mobile no. is [protected].On[protected] at 12:51 pm. my balance was 30 Rs. & something paise.When I talked by calling at 12:52pm. my balance became 27Rs. & something paise.Then I didn't call on any number.In the evening I checked my balance that was showing -127Rs. & something paise. Then I talked by calling on[protected] at 8:07am. to customer care to this reference.He gave me 6 hours to fix this problem but yet the problem has not been resolved. Due to this reason I am not able to call anywhere. Then I many times tried to talk to customer care but It is busy telling. I am Idea customer almost 4 years but yet there is no such problem came. How long will this problem fix?
