I'm getting messages from 53010 for deduction of balance 5 to 10 rupees daily.

Jab mai idea care executive secretary baat krta hu to wo bolte hai ki aapne msgs. Kiye hai uske balance kat rhe hai

Lekin maine apne mobile se msg. Service center number delete kiya hua hai msg. Setting mai se...
To msgs. Jaane ka koi swaal hii nhi bnta.

Idea twitter handle see baat kro wo koi help nhi krte bss ek hi msg. Repeat kr rhe..
Idea ko mail krke jwaab maango to wo 3-4 days baad reply krte hai or wo bhi koi solution nhi dete.

I want to know about the deduction & about the number 53010. Why unnecessarily idea Dedicated balance it's near about 120 rupee idea Dedicated. Without any reason

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for game service for the given number. Also, we would like to inform you that send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
