[Resolved] Idea — Unnecessary Bill Generation | |||
Hi Team, This is Venkat, I'm working in an MNC in Hi-tech City, Hyderabad. 6 months back I applied for Idea Net setter ( Data Card ), before giving the documents I told your executive that I need the Data card in 2 to 3 days. where he said ok and after that, after crossing 10 days also he didn't share the Data card and SIM to me. After that I moved to some other provider and full filled my requirement. But from last 2 months I'm getting calls like I need to pay bill where I didn't used your datacard. Even I didn't take your Data Card and SIM as well. This is frustrating and please look into this and resolve the issue. Regards Venkat Was this information helpful? | |||
