[Resolved] Idea — unsubscribed service activation | |||
sir/maam i am charvin bagmar and i am using the idea prepaid network services for last 5 to 6 months my mobile no is [protected].sir on 9/7/2015 at about 10.54 pm i had recharged a sum of 100 rs which was came at the same time and after few minutes a named icandytv serviceautomatically started in my no which i had not activated and there was a deduction of 45 rupees from my balance when i called the idea customer helpline they told me that i had activated the same service on 6/7/15 through clicking a link on internet but i had not do so and also i had activated dnd service when i told them that how a service is started through internet with deduction from your mobile balance because it is normally seen that a service can be start with payment through atm/netanking/creditcard etc through internet but they did not give any satisfactory answer and when i told them that i never started such service than they didnt give me a perfect answer and when i demanded my balance they are not ensured me to payback my amount and cut the call Was this information helpful? | |||

I want sir quick disciplinary action against the idea customer care and also want to be refunded my balance as fast as possible.it is also a request to not send this type of rubbish link on internet which can be click even by a children unintentionly while playing games so if i want to activate any such service i will activate through messaging you or by calling you and i dont want such type of thing and unsubscribe activation and deduction on my network in future without my confirmation and without my subscription
