ITS your vishrantwadi, pune branch, I don't know the idea's abuser technical engineer's name but he called yesterday around 10:30am. The new account no. given by you is[protected] and form caf serial no ref - [protected].

I doubt i'll ever use or recommend idea's service to anyone. This is becoming big problem in india, even if you fire the culprit he'll join other company, because he doesn't value his job so he doesnt care for the company or its customers .

I don't have idea mobile number, I applied for a new wifi broadband connection which I clearly mentioned in my email. its stupid demanding me idea mobile number twice instead looking into my complaint. Anyways someone called from Idea saying they'll forward my complaint to the branch where I made the application. No empathy towards customers!
