We have raised several complaints but none of them have been addressed till date. A few among them (TCT[protected], TCT[protected]). Our WIFI internet keeps on fluctuating and does not connect. Even if it connects, the maximum speed that we get is 400 KBPS, where-in we have opted for 30GB 2mbps plan.
None of the technicians are aware of the issue and no resolution has been provided till date.
After repeated calls to customer care asking for resolution, the engineer comes and investigates the issue and just says its the problem with the IDEA WIFI network and they are helpless.
It has been more than 2 weeks now and we have not found a resolution. Neither are we being refunded for the amount we paid.
And now, even our Customer complaints are getting closed without being addressed.
No one even responds to our calls.
We don't wish to disclose our connection details in a public forum. But if required, we will provide all the details. But all the details regarding our issues can be verified in the complaint numbers mentioned above.
