Idea Wifi — no customer care support- need to removal of connection

I have been trying to contact customer support for removal of postpaid wifi connection. The customer care number [protected] is not connecting and paid cuatomer care ie [protected] had no relavent information even after holding for 15 mins. Due to pathatic service I want idea wifi to be disconnected as soon as possible. I have also wrote to email id ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but response other than auto replay My idea wifi account details are: Customer ID :[protected] Customer`s Name : Nirija Verma
