The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 18 july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers. My bank account in bank of baroda bt i was debiting Rs- 5000 from IDFC micro atm bt at that time transetion was showing failed then after 2 or 3 hour balance detected from my account no.[protected] on 30 june TID -00APCN1761 and ref no. Is[protected] then i complaint then bt they are saying no. Transection here .
