Please take necessary further action against IDFCFIRST BANK FASTAG Division as they haven't closed my fastag account for MH12UC5329 even after multiple chaser, requests and reminders and thereby I am also pending to receive a sum of rs.5200/- which is available balance in this account.

    I filed a complaint on email with IDFC bank on the very 1st day the loan was dispersed. They did not responded for more than a month. So i stopped thier EMI. I was supposed to get 2, 53, 299 Inr and I only got 2, 45, 875 Inr. When contacted by their recovery agent he said this was for insurance (for which i denied and they later reconstructed the loan and said insurance is not a part of my loan and they will refund me).
    From last 4 months still waiting for the refund.
    So now i put a hold on their EMI ; After sending them numerous emails.
    On june 24 they asked me to start paying my EMI and they will refund the insurance amount. They sent me an email with “Refund Confirmation__66686201__Saurabh Rana “
    And till date thats all i have.
    This time i am not just coming for insurance amount now i need my insurance amount + the loan fee which is total of 4750 Inr.

    Then upon checking here i came to a conclusion that IDFC bank is defrauding it’s customers on the name of Loan Insurance. Even after promising by loan agent that insurance is not added they still add that anyways.

    But I still have a little faith in forums like these.

      Issue regarding Flipkart Pay Later bill payment

      I am using Flipkart Pay Later account, that is backed by IDFC First Bank.
      For the month of March 2022, my bill payment was marked as Late Payment and that impacted my credit score heavily. Although I have paid the bill on 1st April (The bill payment timeline is 1st to 5th of next month).
      That is NOT a late payment.
      The technical error from Flipkart/IDFC Bank's end costed me my credit score.
      Since last 1 month...

      I am Ajay. I am Just account on IDFC Bank dt. 12.07.2022. Today i am check my cibil score. I am notice that some loan outstanding on my account. This is from IDFC Bank. Rs. 15000/- Loan was show on them.
      But not taking any kind of loan of whole life. And Loan dt. 01.12.2019.
      i am dont not understand i am just account before few days and loan dt before 3 Year. Please slove my problem. My Pan No BJPDG7650P.

                  My name is Rajesh.V, bought FastTag from IDFC First Bank, recently.

                  Issue: Without traveling got charged by Tollgate, hence logged ticket with IDFC First Bank (Ticket no: [protected] ) and ETC Nodal Highway Department (Ticket no: 6019313)

                  Got udate from ETC Nodal, they have arranged refund from Toll gate. Suggested to check with IDFC for transaction related queries.

                    Rs.1150 has been deducted from my fastag without any travel and I didn't get any message for the deduction.
                    Mini statement shows DEBIT ADJUSTMENT for rupees 1150 on 29.06.2022.
                    I didn't travel anywhere on this date.

                        On 22nd Balance was 401 Rs, So I recharged on 23rd of 1000 Rs. Total Balance 1401 Rs.
                        Today, I travelled from Nagpur to Jabalpur and returned back just now. So, I checked my money deduction amount, all the taxes on Toll Plaza were properly debited. According to the taxes debited my balance should be 656 Rs. But it is only 311 Rs.
                        There was a DEBIT ADJUSTMENT money deduction of 345 Rs. Please let us know for what this amount was deducted.

                            Each day I am getting 4 to 5 calls from your stupid bank's call center. which is affecting my fundamental rights as given in article 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution. please stop calling me or I will have to make tribunal complain agaist your bank. consider this final warning.

                              I don't have any account or any relation with IDFC First Bank or loan department. But, I am getting calls from loan department from the past 1.5 years almost.

                              It started somewhere around October 2020 and then January - March 2021 I got so many calls everyday. I have raised a complaint almost 10 times to customer care, compliant is given through Facebook & complaint is given in IDFC Kammanahalli branch.

                              The calls are regarding a loan that took by some one named Rihanna Sultana. Firstly, I don't know how they took my mobile number for her loan, whom I don't know. Without any OTP verification, how does a bank can take name and add to their records. I am using my mobile number from past 10 years almost. This itself is a big issue with the system.

                              And later after lot of calls, request to remove my number from her loan account, I stopped getting calls. But now again started getting calls from past 1 month and I tired of these calls. Even though I am blocking those numbers, I am getting call from different number again.

                              I need some help here to get out of this harassment.

                                Kindly check issue of procedure of credit card application repeating again and again from your bank, getting wrong details and updates on different dates.
                                What's going on.
                                Your bank call me and offers me an pre-approved credit card. So I applied later date on 10th June 2022, after all process done till 13th June,
                                You Bank started new proccesed on 15th June and asking me details again anyways I given. All process and verification done on 17th June. OMG application re-start again on 19th June.
                                What's going on, my Application Process Repeating again and again.
                                It's your bank offering pre-approved Offer, but Application Process Handling so badly. How Your Staff Working.
                                Is this the way to handle application by repeating again and again.
                                VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY IDFC BANK SERVICES. NOW I AM TAKING STAND FOR MYSELF.
                                THANKS FOR IDFC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED A SIMPLE APPLICATION.

                                  I am not a frequent highways toll crosser so my tag is used rarely. But to my dismay when ever I try to login to add money to my IDFC tag, it didn't allow me to login and says Account Expired. After that you have to call their call center, where no one picks up the call before 2 hrs of persistent try, which is not practical for anyone to do especially when you are stuck at the toll.

                                  I dont understand why IDFC expires userid when tags are used 24x7x365 all over india. Sheer wastage of time of public and headache dumped by IDFC on users' head.

                                  you can close my tag as I am fed-up with your services.
