Each day I am getting 4 to 5 calls from your stupid bank's call center. which is affecting my fundamental rights as given in article 14, 19 and 21 of the constitution. please stop calling me or I will have to make tribunal complain agaist your bank. consider this final warning.

    I don't have any account or any relation with IDFC First Bank or loan department. But, I am getting calls from loan department from the past 1.5 years almost.

    It started somewhere around October 2020 and then January - March 2021 I got so many calls everyday. I have raised a complaint almost 10 times to customer care, compliant is given through Facebook & complaint is given in IDFC Kammanahalli branch.

    The calls are regarding a loan that took by some one named Rihanna Sultana. Firstly, I don't know how they took my mobile number for her loan, whom I don't know. Without any OTP verification, how does a bank can take name and add to their records. I am using my mobile number from past 10 years almost. This itself is a big issue with the system.

    And later after lot of calls, request to remove my number from her loan account, I stopped getting calls. But now again started getting calls from past 1 month and I tired of these calls. Even though I am blocking those numbers, I am getting call from different number again.

    I need some help here to get out of this harassment.

      Kindly check issue of procedure of credit card application repeating again and again from your bank, getting wrong details and updates on different dates.
      What's going on.
      Your bank call me and offers me an pre-approved credit card. So I applied later date on 10th June 2022, after all process done till 13th June,
      You Bank started new proccesed on 15th June and asking me details again anyways I given. All process and verification done on 17th June. OMG application re-start again on 19th June.
      What's going on, my Application Process Repeating again and again.
      It's your bank offering pre-approved Offer, but Application Process Handling so badly. How Your Staff Working.
      Is this the way to handle application by repeating again and again.
      VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED BY IDFC BANK SERVICES. NOW I AM TAKING STAND FOR MYSELF.
      THANKS FOR IDFC CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO PROCEED A SIMPLE APPLICATION.

        I am not a frequent highways toll crosser so my tag is used rarely. But to my dismay when ever I try to login to add money to my IDFC tag, it didn't allow me to login and says Account Expired. After that you have to call their call center, where no one picks up the call before 2 hrs of persistent try, which is not practical for anyone to do especially when you are stuck at the toll.

        I dont understand why IDFC expires userid when tags are used 24x7x365 all over india. Sheer wastage of time of public and headache dumped by IDFC on users' head.

        My Vehicle No. is HR26CS3076.

        you can close my tag as I am fed-up with your services.

          My NRE account was freezed god knows when citing the reason nobody collected the cheque book and debit card kit. There was no communication regarding freezing of my account whatsoever.
          I have raised the request to unfreeze on 30th may to the relationship manager, when it was time to sell insurance policy they contacted relentlessly, but for this i haven't received any help, they've only ignored my communication.
          Even customer care is not helpful inspite of giving all the details and doing all that's required, they haven't redispatched the kit until i followed up.
          I have even raised grievance on idfc forum but to no avail.
          I have provided them my UK number and they just come up with the reason that they're unable to reach, which is wrong because they did reach me twice on the UK number for verification and i have called customer care with my UK number and have asked them to reach on that number.
          I had to borrow money to avoid penalties on ECS bounce on my SIP's and EMI's.
          Request support against this bank atrocity

            I'm using Flipkart pay later for my purchase.
            My paylater lender is IDFC FIRST BANK.
            lost December 2021 I buy washing machine.
            My due date is 1st of every month.
            My due amt is 1603/RS x 6month I made my emi to Flipkart app on time. I closed my all 6emi.
            May 1st 2022 .
            But from Bank side loan not closed.
            Because Flipkart not paying emi completely.
            From Bank side I received sms pay your outstanding dues​.
            Flipkart only to pay that. I contact customer service representative no proper response. They send link for payment to close outstanding balance. It's effects my credit report. My loan number is in credit report..

                  Hi,

                  I am facing below error while trying to recharge the Fastag of my vehicle.

                  Sign-in failed:user account has expired

                  UserID : 2372997

                  I was having enough money from last 1 year so not needed to recharge the account now when I am trying to recharge it is showing error as account has been expired.

                  Also I try to reach to the toll free number[protected] for IDFC FASTAG but it is always busy for 24*7.

                    The unknown lady staff of IDFC bank called me and asked me why your mother is not answering the call then i told that lady how do i know ma'am iam in my office right now and my mother is not able to answer the call because of maybe she were busy in somewhere.
                    Then she suddenly started shouting on me and started scolding me with bad words and she was like “agar aukat nahi hai EMI bharne ki toh loan kyun lete ho” and i was shocked with that attitude of her like seriously? That's how you treat your customers?
                    I have call record with that lady so please i wnat to get resolved my complaint asap.

                      Dear Team

                      This loan has been closed in 2015 and I am still waiting for the NOC - I even have checked the emails from 2015 but not found yet. could you please send me at the new address as advised on the phone, this was sent at old address which comes near Nanded City and not Nanded Waghala (Marathwada) where I live. enclosed are the details of the POD which was sent to the wrong address in May 2022

                        A 3rd party person(Initially he informed from IDFC)has processed all the bank balance transfer procedures with document, without showing actual document he convinced me so that he will send sanction letter with in a day, by daily fallow up with this person and IDFC manager Kanhaiya
                        kumar, but non of them not responded, finally after the second EMI i got the message from online to down load IDFC App, in that i say my loan tenure is 96 month against existing (Bajaj Finserv) 88 month and Loan closing amount in Bajaj is 1854280 but IDFC cheated and sanctioned 1950000, and in Bajaj my ROI is 7.45% but in IDFC from the beginning he said ROI is 6.5% but in sanction letter it is showing 7.25%, please take action immediately, other wise i don't bother to spent some money, to highlight this in media and consumer court behalf of some customer should know reality of IDFC bank

                        Cheating With using third party peoples(like sales team) like, orally convinced me regarding ROI and tenure, after get signed in sanction letter(In the sanction letter very think is wrong, hence the 3rd party Mr.Nithish told to correct the documents and send the soft copy and also hard copy, but after 40 days passed no one responding to my call including Kanhaiya Kumar, Now,

                        Your people thinking the customers are fool?

                        Generally peoples are change over the bank for the reduce of tenure with existing EMI, but now i loose 2lakhs 77 thousand by increase of tenure.
                        Bajaj Closing amount 1854280 but IDFC Deceived by sanctioned loan 1950000, no one responding to explain what is this excess amount? today some called from IDFC told pay differential amount and ask to go back to Bajaj or i has to continue with same sanctioned amount with 8 month additional tenue against Bajaj Tenure, i need immediate action against on this, If this portal also not responding, i will definitely go to the consumer court and Media to highlight exactly what is going on in IDFC

                          Behaviour of Executive

                          The executive from the idfc bank was so illeterate and does not have any understanding of what the customer is trying to say.
                          I paid an installment of Rs 4506 against two wheeler loan from my Paytm.
                          It had been debited from my account, but still showing pending in paytm app.
                          Now, according to that executive, I have to pay again, as they can't wait.
                          He doesn't have that much brain to understand that the money is...

                          Am sara begum phn.[protected] I have query of flipkart paylater. I have used it on march of amt 1385 so half payment I have done in April month of 551 rupees but in may I forgot to pay the remaining balance of 814 so I made that payment at 6th may and the payment got delayed for some days because of that my cibil score has been got reduced that's why am unable to take any further loans to buy the product. So am sending you the screenshot of that payment and am requesting you to please update it as soon as possible. So that my cibil may change. Thank you.

                                      I purchased a Dennis Lingo Men's Slim Shirt Order#[protected] and Label by VP Men's Shirt Order#[protected] in AMAZON on 09-Apr-2022 and paid Rs.1053 /- using Amazon Pay Later.

                                      Later I repaid the due amount to Amazon pay later using my Debit Card.

                                      On 13-Apr-2022 I cancelled those two Orders. And later I got a message that my refund has been processed and will be refunded to Amazon pay later.
                                      However the refund is not reflected in the Bank nor in Amazon Pay Later. And I asked the amazon customer care, they said that the refund is already credited to Amazon pay later.But I'm not seeing any amount being credited to Amazon Pay Later and also to my Bank Account.It's been more than 30 days since I got a refund.

                                      I attached the receipt of the product and screenshot of the transaction.

                                      I hope I hear from you soon.
