    I've been receiving more than 8 calls a day from IDFC bank for a preapproved loan, which I don't want. I have registered for DND from the bank and still they wont stop. The executives on the other end speak different language each time, and are not even proffesional in the way they speak. I have raised the same issue with the caller but there is no response.
    I just want it to stop. It's really frustrating. My Mobile Number is [protected].

      You guys are calling my number [protected] saying i am paras khanna when i am not ans i dont need a loan. Please stop calling me as i am already registered on dnd. I ll wait 10 days else ll take this to consumer court as i have asked ur agents to stop calling from past 3 years its now enough to handle.

        I would like to bring into your kind consideration that my name is Anuj Kumar Singh and in Nov 2021 i already paid my personal loan amount of Rs 2838 applied in the form of flipkart paylater service via flipkart.com. since the complete repayment back in nov 2021 i have not given the NOC for the same. i have mailed several times to the customer support email of idfc first and capital first bank but it was not answered a single time. Due to this my cibil has received a negative impact with status showing Charge off/ Written off for the loan account. Till now my account is not up-to-date and for this reason I am facing problems for taking loans. Kindly close my loan account asap and provide me the NOC since i have no dues and so i can build up a health credit score.

          I have recieved 20+ calls from IDFC FIRST bank for personal loan and credit cards. I have menti clearly i do not need it, yet I keep getting spam calls. Please take action on this bank

            Why this is happening without my consent even I have not applied for any loans with IDFC FIRST bank.

            I have taken loan in idfc first bank and even I'm not missing any emi date they are deducting extra amount like 2000 per month I'm losing money without any reason .. I'm not missing any emi from past 2years but this fraud people deducting extra money every month without our knowledge and they keep on producing ecs without our knowledge if there no amount in account again ecs charges will be debited..they are just making people fraud they won't even think about customers they only make fraud and make money

              I had taken personal loan in the name of personal loan i was given business loan. The loan document was hidden on repeated visit to the bank and complaint it was shared in feb'21 after 3 months. the loan identify of personal was changed to business laon. insurance document was not given. and now i have lost my job so i cannot repay

                I opened my Flipkart Pay Later account In Aug - Sep 2021, this pay later account was associated with IDFC Bank. My initial approved limit was ₹10, 000. After a few months, Bank sanctioned ₹70, 000 to me for shoping.

                I was surprised to see this amount was sanctioned to me as a personal loan which I never asked for. So, I requested Flipkart to close my Pay Later Account because It was impacting My Credit Score.

                I raised a concern to Flipkart, and we decided to close my Flipkart Pay Later Account. I received a mail from Flipkart on 13 Feb 2022 that my account is closed and it will reflect my Credit Score within 50 days.

                It's more than 50 days, My Credit Score dropped from 715 to 510, IDFC Personal loan account is still showing in my Credit Score report.

                Also, I cleared every single bill on time, but still, there is a due payment reflected in my CBIL which reduces my Credit Score every single month.

                    I didn't avail any Personal loan from the IDFC first bank company. and the details updated in my CIBIL report was still active . So kindly update My CIBIL report with immediate effect otherwise I will go contempt of court..

                      Hi greetings
                      My self paladugu suresh from Hyderabad I have taken loan from cred app amount of 450000lac, i am supposed to pay amount of 15907 every month on 7th it’s an auto debit from HDFC bank, but in January on 18th 2022 I have foreclosure with the amount of 3, 66, 198lac but from February your customer executive are calling to me to pay the amount, due to this I have decreased my cibil score.
                      it’s almost three months over regular I am going to your punjagutta branch every month but your branch people are not responding to me they always telling samething till now there is no response from there end

                      If it goes like this means then Be ready to face sequence from my end
                      So kindly resolve this as soon as possible

                            I have received an email from IDFC BANK. As per the contents of the email, the TDS for the bond maturity payment (matured on 31 Dec 2021)is already deducted. However, I have not been paid the maturity amount.

                            So, I called customer care (four times) for the same on 26 February and 14 March 2022, and 05 Apr 2022; and I was assured that the Payment for the matured bonds would be made within five working days.

                            As per their email request I had updated all my details of PAN. Bank account details with cancelled cheque, Aadhar card etc.

                            I also seek to get the interest on the period till Payment is not made the due lackadaisical approach of the concerned staff.

                            I am shocked as IDFC First bank staff have cut the TDS against my PAN but don't have PAN proof.

                                I am using Amazon Pay Later. The IDFC bank auto debit more money in the place of original amount. Transaction statements not showing proper way. What is EMI amount, what is normal amount not showing. Some amounts not converted to EMIs. In March transactions around 13K used. But in auto debit it shows 18k+. Nearly 5k+ transaction error. May be same transaction errors occur in previous transactions. Correct the transactions errors immediately and refund already debited amounts.

                                  Loan issued with my identity to other person. IDFC is a fraud bank they are giving a loan with my identity to another person without knowing me recently i know when i am checking my cibil score on paisabazaar that's why i am facing many issues because of my cibil score is low due to loan pending amount see the below attached it is showing overdue and day by day my cibil score getting low because of this whenever i apply for credit card or loan everytime they reject me because of this i am really very disappointed how they can do that with my identity it's horrible solve this query asap if not i have to file a case against IDFC bank of doing fraud with the identity proof i am not expected that type of fraud is happening now a day's and in IDFC bank.
